My aunt only snores when shes sleeping on her back when she turns to her side the snoring suddenly stops.?
Is there something wrong with her? She’s not overweight or anything?
She may have sleep apenea. this is when the fleshy part in the back of the throat closes up and stops the breathing. When she lays on her side it helps. Snoring is the same thing. Stuff they sell on tv makes this area less pliable. Read up on apenea. If she has it she needs it checked out as it interupts breathing. Many times being over weight and acid reflux can cause it and all you need is to diet or go to the doctor and get something to stop the reflux. Anyway I suggest seeing a doctor. They will probably want her to stay over night and have a test. what they do is hookup a bunch of wires that monitor her breathing. This will show if she has it. But see a doctor as it can cause problems.
Also a good way to help is to incline the head of the bed as much as possible and this may stop is. Or get an adjustable bed. Take care.
does anyone know some cure or product to help the snoring?
My husband snores awfully loud. To the point where I can’t get a good nights rest, and am seriously considering sleeping in our extra bedroom. Does anyone know anything that works well to make it stop?? PLEASE HELP!!!!!
Nasal strips won’t do anything unless he has some kind of nasal obstruction. Most snoring comes from the back of the throat when the throat airway relaxes during sleep.
Doctors often treat snoring with a mouth-guard like device that holds the lower jaw in a forward position in order to keep the airways at the back of the throat open.
I use a product that is available in pharmacies across Australia, and is also available worldwide with free delivery on the internet.
Should I go back to bed with my husband or sleep by myself?
What do you think?
He has terrible sleeping habits (snoring, moving/jerking, sleep apnea etc etc etc etc etc)
I am really tired but I’m just not sure if I can sleep in the same bed as him (Not only because of his sleeping habits. I’m also not feeling very loving toward him…long story) and I slept on the sofa all week long.
FYI: For all you people out there who want to know TMI about my relationship, stay tuned for my marital sex question, coming right up.
The sleeping in diff rooms can effect a marriage in a negative way. For now explain to him whats going on and do sleep by yourself bc you do need your rest. But when you can look into double beds that can be adjusted therefore he will bother you less. And all of his symptoms are treatable why does he not go and get help.
What to do for 10 month old infants with colds and mild fevers?
They are able to sleep, with many short wake periods, they are snoring rather loudly, and the waking is often accompanied with what sounds like choking / gagging, followed by a minute of whimpering then back to snoring. They have runny noses, wheeze lightly when awake (much like I am with the same cold… due to congestion), but no blue tinge to their lips, are eating well and are in good moods and active while awake.
Right now I am just giving them ibuprofrin to keep the fevers low.
Yep… Just keep thaty up! Doesn’t sound too serious, and there aren’t any other medicines they can really take anyway. If they worsen/ or it doesn’t seem to be working, obviously take them to the dr, they may need an antibiotic.
Yes! One of my friends snores really loudly when she is drunk. She used to snore all the time but she does it less since she has lost a lot of weight. I snore when I’m sick and can’t breathe through my nose.
last night i went out and had too many drinks and snore lots of cristal.?
now im feeling so sick my stomach hurts and my head and i have been vomiting a black liquid that smells awfull…is there any home remedies to feel better? i dont even want to touch any meds. iwould prefer something natural. please help.
Drink water and eat some yogurt, not this will simply help not eliminate you hangover.
Ginger tea can help to as ginger settles almost all stomach projects.
What’s the flash cartoon about a guy making breakfast?
He is snoring obnoxiously, his alarm wakes him up, he shoots up in bed, turns slowly to the camera, and shouts “Breakfast time!”, while sporting morning wood. He then slowly slides down a banister on his stomach, leaving a trail of blood. He goes to the fridge, where a can of beans is holding a banana hostage. Can’t remember the name of it!
