I’m in college and apparently have a snoring problem and it’s bothering my roommate, what should I do?
I’m in college and I guess I snore pretty loud. I feel really bad because it bothers my roommate to the point he can’t sleep sometimes at night. It’s not a problem every night but I feel like its most. I don’t have any sleeping disorders and I never wake up in the morning feeling sleep deprived (unless I didn’t sleep enough, I need a good 8 hours to feel good). I do have a tendency of going to bed late when I have class the next morning therefore not getting as much sleep as I would like and therefore feeling tired the next day. With all that said (since I don’t think I have any major sleeping disorders), is there anything I could take to stop snoring as much like a nasal spray? I really think it’s just congestion. Thanks!

how do i deal with this? it’s so hard. i’m tired all the time. i feel like he is disgusted with me. he stopped sleeping in the room with me because i started snoring. i never snored before. is this normal? he use to wake me up at night yelling ” stop snoring pig!” “stop it! shut up!” i’m just getting so depressed these past weeks. i think he’s cheating. he’s never home, and when he is home we just argue. today he told me he’s going to finland to visit his family next week. i’m so afraid i will never see him again. i don’t understand why he hates me so much now. what can i do? he’s my husband and i love him, he wasn’t always like this. the stress is getting to me so bad. i feel like i can’t think straight. i can’t function. i need advice, please.

I Need Earplugs Because Im Going Into Hospital What Are The Best Ones?
Im going into hospital and im a light sleeper and people heavy breathing or snoring really annoys me so i need good earplugs.
What are the best earplugs to block out sound well.

Has anyone used the “My Sleep Solution” Anti-snoring device?
It goes around your head and holds your mouth shut. Does it really work, is it worth 70 dollars?
That does not sound right somehow. That sounds like it could be dangerous in fact. What if the nose was blocked?!!! No I don’t think it is worth investing in as I think it sounds dangerous potentially.
Try a pillow behind the back to stop you rolling onto your back in sleep. Most snoring occurs when you are on your back. Try two pillows instead of one to keep the head raised. Try Olbas oil on the edge of the pillows to keep airways open. Lose weight if overweight by taking up more exercise and restricting fatty/sugary snacks and stop smoking if you smoke. Being overweight and smoking are linked to snoring.
As a last resort see a dentist about a mouth/snore guard as that is better to invest in as it is supposed to work.
