Help! My parents snore so loud that I can’t sleep!!!?
My mom and dad sleep in the room right next to mine. Every single night they sound like 2 bears fighting. LOL. Seriously, they snore LOUD. It is so loud that my wall literally vibrates. I can’t sleep at all because of how loud they are.
I have tried moving my bed to the farthest corner of my room. I have tried blaring music on my ipod. I have tried shutting my door. I have tried earplugs. I have tried a white noise machine. Every night (no matter how cold my room is) I have a little old floor fan blowing on me to give me a soft wooshing sound instead of the snoring! I can’t take it anymore! No matter where I try to sleep in my house I can still hear them! They won’t even do anything to try to find a solution. Nose strips don’t work, and my dad firmly believes he doesn’t snore. FML!!
Anyone have any ideas on how I can stop the freaking snoring sounds from disrupting my sleep? I just need to sleep! I also worry about their health! Ty!

Ok, Im only 12 but I have really bad sleeping problems. No one else in my family snores – and yes I know its not possibly to get snoring from someone else. When I go over friends houses, Im so embarrassed to go to sleep because of it. I looked up a ton of way to stop it and I do them all. I always sleep on my side, I don’t smoke nor drink, Im def. not fat/over weight. Im thinking of getting nasal strips but im not sure if they will help.

What would cause me to scream in my sleep as if I am in intense pain and have no recollection when I wake up?
I live alone so I don’t know what I do in my sleep but last nght a houseguest said I was screaming as if I were in extreme pain. When he approached my bedroom to help I was still again and snoring.
I read about something called Night Terrors but that screaming usually wakes you up in a cold sweat. I never woke up until morning and I had absolutely no idea that I had done this.
Any clue as to what might be going on. I’m not taking Ambien or any of those other sleeping pills.
my son is 4 yrs old and has been refered to ent for suspected enlarged adenoids and tonsils ,?
anyone else been through this and did your child have night sweats and snoring ? he also has small but noticeable gland on his neck , is this all normal for enlarged adenoids ?
I was also referred to an ENT for suspected enlarged adenoids as a child (at about age 11). I suffered from night sweats, extreme allergies, & hearing difficulty. An appendectomy was suggested, but I never went through with the surgery because of other health complications.
Now, I still see an allergist weekly & receive immunization injections. This seems to have helped my problem, but I still suffer from hearing loss every now & again.

My air matterss loose air after a night sleep why?
I sleep on air mattress that you pump up. I snore allot and my wife cant handle it. I am going through a sleep study until i get my cpap machine. I wake up and its lost air a lil bit. Dose this have to due with car tires and the pressure is lost due to the cold? or is the air destiny issue? If i filled it with nitrogen will it help??
