What would be a natural home remedy for snoring?

Besides ginger, what other dietary supplements or change in life style might help reduce snoring? I snore once in a while but I would like to understand what could be causing it and what safe remedy can be used to cope with this somewhat health issue?

Im freaked out of my dad?

Its the way he does things…it just gives me the creeps… He reminds me of a monkey. He breathes really hard. He snores like an army of pigs. He acts like a nerd. His eyes are scary because his eyebrows are always raised. Hes unattractive. Hes tone deaf, but always sings – he sounds like a bird struggling to survive..

I am sorry to say this, but this is what I have sensed from your question and the description you put about your dad.

The problem does not seem to lie with your dad as much as with YOU. You have a big problem: Not knowing yourself; Lack of respect of YOURself; Infiriority complex; hating yourself, etc., etc. and your dad is the victim of your circumstances, which seem to have been made, mainly, by yourself.

I suggest two things: 1. Sit down and examine yourself, deeply, what you are, who you are and why you behave in such way to the point of hating yourself?

2. Whatever conclusion you come up with, seek help from a pofessional person; such as psycho.

It seems to me your dad has very little to do with your problem. Mos of what you have said against him are not of HIS made; but God’s/nature’s made. Why should you blame him for this?!!

Have little respect for yourself and you WILL have respect for your dad.
