snoring aids
Having a Problem with roommate?

My 5 roommates say im snoring while I sleep so they wake me up and yells at me to stop snoring every time I do it. I understand that It can be annoying but I offered to buy them earplugs and I wanted to get a humidifier because we live in Upstate NY and the winter is very dry but they told me the humidifier would make the rooms too humid and uncomfortable. Also the other problem we have is they are mad at me because I called the cops on them because 3 of them were selling drugs in the Apartment. I don’t do that and never have. They called me Judas and said I’m a prick for calling the cops. Also my lease isn’t up until May what can I do to get more sleep take a sleep aid. I go to bed around 10:30 and most of them go to bed between 3-4 so were on different sleep cycles. Help

Let them be angry. You live there and they should respect your lifestyle. They failed to do so.You could’ve got into serious trouble. You did the right thing. Snoring isn’t the problem. They are being asses. My suggestion is to bring the issue to the attention of your landlord or whoever you lease from. May is a long way from now to deal with this type of drama. Inform your leasing office asap

snoring cures – which ones work?

My husband’s snoring is awful… so noisy it wakes me up each and every night. You can hear in all around the house. I am 24 weeks pregnant and seem to disappear off to the spare room each night!

It may sound funny but it really isn’t. I want to sleep with my husband in the same bed and cant at the moment and worry i will never be able to especially when the baby comes..

Does anyone have any experience about snoring cures. We asked the doctor but they just gave him a spray which doesn’t work. He does smoke which drives me mad (not in the house I hasten to add), and I am nagging him to stop, and I know this only makes it worse. Has anyone tried the mouth guards (not sure what you would call them). They cost quite a bit and I’m reluctant to fork out for them if they done work….

Please help….. sleep needed!

Hi Awww i feel sorry for you, i know what this is like before my husband and i separated he snored all night every night very loud and i was so tired because of it. I do not know if you are in UK, but Ormskirk Hospital have been doing an injection it was on the North West news and it stops snoring, and the best thing is it only costs around £4.00 and lasts for over 12 months ask your doctor if your husband can have it. There are the breathe right strips that open the nose, but apparently it’s something in the back of the throat that causes it. I reaaly hope that you can get some sleep soon.

………… :0)

PEACE

Snoring occurs when the airway at the back of the throat collapses – I don’t there is a herbal remedy for that. I suggest your husband attend a sleep clinic as he is probably also suffers from sleep apnoea as well. He probably needs one of those machines that keeps his airways open and delivers oxygen as well to ensure that you both get a good night sleep.

reduce snoring pillow

Does sleeping “without a pillow, on a flat surface” reduce snoring and breathing troubles?

Research has shown that a whopping one in four people suffer from snoring. If that weren’t amazing enough, most of those afflicted believe there is nothing to be done for their condition. They don’t realize that a good night’s sleep is within their grasp. Some people are giving a new product called Snorezip a try, and are having great results.

Snorezip was developed to increase oxygen flow and reduce mucus. When oxygen flow is increased and mucus reduced, it has been proven that the incidence of snoring will also be greatly reduced, if not eliminated. This product may be just the thing to get those afflicted with snoring on the road to a restful sleep.

Snoring is not just an annoying habit, but can seriously threaten your health. Doctors claim that patients who snore are more likely to be fatigued, and are more susceptible to life threatening conditions such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Snoring also increases the incidence of high blood pressure and metabolic syndrome. Snorezip, with its proven record of reducing incidence of snoring could help reduce this risk.

SnoreZip is very affordable and easy to use. Most snoring remedies involve the use of uncomfortable masks that must be worn at night. The sheer discomfort of these masks is enough to make most sufferers abandon such a program long before there is any benefit. Since SnoreZip is administered as an oral spray, there’s no excuse not to give it a try. Just spray SnoreZip into your mouth before you go to bed, and you could be minutes away from a good night’s sleep!

Check out the url in the source box to find out more about this product .Having suffered from snoring for years I felt it was the right time to share my snoring solutions that I have tried and help other people learn about their options to help alleviate snoring.

Get Help with Snoring Using Natural Cures

Occasional snoring is a common occurrence for many. However, it is a cause for concern if the snoring becomes persistent and involves gasping or choking. These may lead to incidences of cardiac arrest and high blood pressure. Snoring can be attributed to the vibrations of soft tissue located at the back of your throat. The narrowing of your airway passage due to nasal blockage, obese, aging and incorrect sleeping posture are contributing factors to this unpleasant occurrence. Besides detrimental health impact, snoring also affects your relationships. Nobody likes to sleep with someone who snores; it is irksome and affects the overall quality of sleep received. Listed here are some suggestions to help with snoring using natural cures that can be applied easily to enable better breathing during sleep.

(1) Try to adjust your sleeping posture. You are advised to sleep on your side or raise the head of your bed by approximately 5 inches. This helps to reduce the decrease of your muscle and soft palate. The relaxation of the soft muscle in the tongue will lead to collapse and subsequently snoring.

(2) Before bed, gargle with decongestant (i.e. salt water). This helps promote a clearer breathing passage.

(3) Exercise regularly and aim to lose some weight. The importance of a balanced weight cannot be further stressed. Losing weight will lead to loss of extra fatty tissues. This enables your airway muscles to work better. Males especially, have a tendency to snore due to the natural narrowness of their airway passage. Coupled with weight issues, they are at risk of sleep apnea or sudden stop of breathing during sleep. Therefore, ensure that you and your loved ones are not putting on unnecessary weight. Start that exercise regime today.

(4) If you are a smoker, stop smoking. Smoking leads to congestion of the breathing passage due to the building up of fat and tar from cigarette smoke. Smoking also damages the muscle in your throat, leading to severe snoring problems.

(5) You should loosen your jaw muscles. The accumulated tension in neck and shoulders will affect your head and throat muscles. Learn to relieve those tension points through simple massage and you will soon find yourself snore less. There are many simple exercises to stop snoring that you will come across when you look online for help with snoring.

These are some of the help with snoring tips using natural cures that help many to stop snoring. If you should find yourself facing the same problem after trying these remedies, seek the help of your physician and work with him/her to overcome this nagging problem.
