Best earplugs to completely block out sound?
Snoring boyfriend is getting me down, have some yellow squishy ones at the moment that block some sound but not enough anybody know of some good ones?
The squishy foam ones are the best but make sure that you don’t keep them too long. You can use them more than once if they’re clean (you can wash them) but they should hold their shape when squeezed, not bounce straight back to their original shape. Some earplugs made out of other materials can crinkle in your ear when you turn – really irritating! There are all sorts of anti-snoring aids on the market now, I suggest you try some of them. Fight the cause, not the symptoms!
