remedy snoring
Help! Does Anyone have a snoring remedy?
My fiance has the loudest snore ever. I have bought him the nose strips and throat spray and both together help a little but not completely. I am such a light sleeper and it makes me unable to sleep because it wakes me up at night. Please somebody help us!!!
I’d suggest going to a sleep specialist. It’s possible that the snoring is a sign of some other sleep problem that may be more serious (like COPD, for example).
