How to stop him from snoring?
My bf is a pretty loud snorer, I usually turn his head at night and that makes it a little quieter, but after a few min he is back being super loud, it’s keeping me from falling asleep. Is their any way to make him quieter without buying one of those expensive mouth guards?
You mentioned that you turn his head so it sounds like he sleeps on his back. Try getting him to sleep on his side. This helps put his mouth into a position that keeps it closed.
You may need to prop his back up with extra pillows or try attaching a ball into his night clothes so if he does roll over on to his back the ball will make him roll on to his side again.
Try raising his head higher with extra pillows as well as this opens his airways.
You can buy low cost over the counter mouth guards to try. If they help then think about investing in the expensive dental ones.
