Snoring remedies for men?
My wretched boyfriend keeps me awake at night with his snoring. It sounds like he is trying to suck the light fittings off the wall. I know very well that if he didn’t drink in the evenings it wouldn’t be as bad but he won’t listen. Has anyone used anti-snore aids successfully? I was going to buy him some of those snore-strip things that stick onto your nose. Do they work? (Remedies have to be available in the UK)
As you can tell, I’m quite fed-up – so no sillyness please!

Snoring can be caused by sinus or by soft tissues in the back of the throat.
Since he drinks that soft tissue relaxes more and he snores more loudly. He’s a future candidate for Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
Nothing will help this but medical treatment. Strips won’t make a difference since they work to open the sinus passages.
