I have sleep apnea and I am tall and thin. Its because I have a small jaw so my tongue collapses.
You know what I don’t understand. It only takes one apnea to wake you up out of deep sleep, and then you may not get back down into REM, you need to have 15 hyponeas to qualify, I just qualified, it doesn’t make sense to me that it needs to be that high, surely even a single apnea is enough to mess your sleep up.
Yes, if you don’t have insurance, your basically screwed. I’ve searched around for a cheaper solution to sleep apnea, just to find every website saying “Go to the Doctor, my insurance paid 100% of my bill” or “my insurance paid all but 20% of my bill”. Must be nice.
