Snoring Prevention?

Which snoring prevention products work, if any, How would I know if they are effective if I can’t hear myself snore while I’m sleeping.

Most of the products, minus Breathe Right Strips, don’t really work. Sleeping at an incline helps. I had a roomie who snored terribly and went to the Doctor only to find out Nasal Polyps where the issue. If it’s loud and problematic, you may have a breathing problem that your Doc would be able to treat.
