i saw this thing in the chemist its a ring you put it on your pinky finger and it stops you from snoring but its $50 bucks and i don’t really think it will work..
Please some one help me out i am so ashamed…
Forget the pinky ring or even the one that is suposed to go up your nose and stop your snoring – they do not work !
Do you wake up feeling tired and not refreshed or with a headache. Even if you do not – you may need some help
The help I am talking about is to go to a sleep clinic and have a sleep study done. When you snore you are often putting your body at risk of either a stroke or a heart attack and other health problems as you go along in life. Because your body is not getting enough oxygen it puts the rest of your body at risk.
To have a sleep study done – you need a referral from your doctor usually and when you get an appointment – go along on the night and take the things that help you to sleep such as your fave pillow etc and you will sleep in a really comfy bed with some wires or electrodes placed on some of your body which is connected to a central place where the tech can keep an eye on you and see what happens while you sleep – the doctor is sent your data – if you need help you will have to get a machine and a mask to help you sleep at night – and do you know what? Its amazing how much better you will feel.
You may have to skip camp this year and meanwhile you can check if there is a way for you to have some privacy at camp if you need a machine – its called a cpap machine – continuous positive airway pressure machine – but hey! you will positively bounce around each day while your peers will moan when they have to get out of bed at camp. Worth it? Yes every cent. I have included a website for you so that you can see what I am talking about
