Stop Snoring Now!

how do i stop my boyfriends snoring?

my boyfriend and i have been together for 4 years and his snoring hasnt really bothered me but recently its driving me mad, takes me ages to go asleep and it wakes me up! any advice? hes tried all those spray and ring things you get in chemists but nothing helps!!

HE NEEDS TO SEE A DOCTOR, HE MAY SUFFER FROM SLEEP APNIA, OR HE MAY NEED SURGERY TO INCREASE THE AIRFLOW, WHAT YOU HEAR IS HIS BREATHE HITTING THAT SOFT PALLET AT THE BACK OF HIS THROAT
