A homeopathic device that was like a Indian tea kettle that promoted better sinus clarity where can I get one?
I’m having trouble sleeping quietly at night, or to be more precise, my wife is going crazy because I’m snoring. I once saw an add for a strange device that looked like a smallish white, elongated tea kettle that was somehow used with brewed herbs or spices to clear one’s nasal area, rather than using medicine, but I don’t know where to begin to look for such a thing. Any advice?
It’s called a netti pot. You can find them at most natural food stores/healthfood stores. You fill them up with warm salt water, or other brews, tilt your head 90 deg to one side, and slowly pour the liquid into your top nostril. It flows through your sinuses, and out the other nostril. I was terrified the first time I tried, bt it didn’t hurt, and it made a big difference.
