sleeping on back snoring
Should I go back to bed with my husband or sleep by myself?
What do you think?
He has terrible sleeping habits (snoring, moving/jerking, sleep apnea etc etc etc etc etc)
I am really tired but I’m just not sure if I can sleep in the same bed as him (Not only because of his sleeping habits. I’m also not feeling very loving toward him…long story) and I slept on the sofa all week long.

The sleeping in diff rooms can effect a marriage in a negative way. For now explain to him whats going on and do sleep by yourself bc you do need your rest. But when you can look into double beds that can be adjusted therefore he will bother you less. And all of his symptoms are treatable why does he not go and get help.
