How do you stop snoring during sleep?
Sounds silly, but never fails. Duct tape a tennis ball to your back.
I know, but listen.
This prevents you from falling asleep or rolling over onto your back. This keeps your tongue from reaching the back of your throat, which keeps you from snoring. You probably won’t have to do it forever. Give it a shot.
Good Luck.
