    Devices from dentist do work for some people. It depends on where the obstruction is. the only way to know is to have one made and then have another sleep study. CPAP is not all that bad it does take time to get use to it. Neither are cure, they only are “splints” The only true cure is a trachestomy and who wants a hole in their throat.
