Well, I hope this fellow gets a study and treament. Don’t wait until damage is done. I wish someone would have educated me about apnea when I was his age.
what kind of long term damage has happened to you. Last nite i did a sleep
study and according to the tech i woke up 42 times. i thought she meant over the 5-6 hours i was doing the test, but now i think it meant 42 times in one hour.

mine is even worse i stop breathin 58 times in one hour….. but know i have my cpap and i really really sleep well
