snoring sleeping position
How can I avoid snoring? (I snore so loud!) Help please

I snore…and I snore really loud! It’s so bad that my roommate and my own family can’t sleep in the same room..
Anyways I keep avoiding sleeping over at my boyfriend’s because this problem. Can anyone give me ANY help on not snoring at night? Any positions, medicines, etc.? No surgery suggestions please…can’t afford it
Being over-tired will make the snoring louder. Sit in a more ’sitting up’ position. Use menthol rub on your sinus areas at night.
Hang out with more rugged individuals who camp often. You will be the one keeping the wild things out of the campsite at night!
