Is there something else than AFRIN to be able to breath?

II always wake up with pain in my throat because of my snoring. Besides of AFRIN I am also using the Breath Rite strips and they help too. It looks like I am already addicted to the AFRIN, but I know is not recommend as a long term solution, but if I do not use it my nose is always dry and my nostrils blocked ( dry congestion)

Consult a doctor about your snoring. Snoring can be a symptom of sleep apnea. Sleep apnea is nothing to mess with, you may need a sleep study. Untreated sleep apnea can lead to death.
